Always professional and courteous.
Didn't honor their on paper initial quote. Should have done their due diligence to make sure it happened. Treated us like criminals for wanting to pay cash. Wanted to run our credit for paying with a check! WTH??? Must have needed financing quotas. The whole team unprofessional, rude, and was texting on phone while we were in sales office. $140k and they wouldn't budge $1k!!! Total greed! Would def not recommend them!
I had a recall on my car so there was no charge. I just scheduled an appointment, dropped off my car, they drove me back to my house, called me 5 hours later to say they had finished and asked if I needed them to come get me. I had a friend going near there that I had drop me off and when I got my car not only had they did the recall but they had washed my car which was awful when I took it in.

I had a really good service tech named Colleen. I had my oil changed and tires rotated in about an hour while I waited . She was excellent!

When I first got there I wasn't sure which window to go to, the guy I stood in front of completely ignored me literally didn't acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Lee Perry is a great service advisor. Selena is an excellent receptionist and is very polite and well-spoken. We live in Florence, and the dealership near us is King Cadallic. They couldn't or didn't want to seevice our vehicle. I. Called Jim Hudson in Columbia, and they were more than happy to help us. It's an hour's drive, but this is our dealership now, and we will gladly travel to get our vehicle serviced

I worked with Jared Skiffy to trade in my 2023 telluride! I have never met a more caring, selfless, communicative auto consultant! Such a wonderful experience I will always be a customer of Jared’s! When the detail shop did a subpar job cleaning my car Jared offered to detail it himself on his only off day. He made the car buying process as if I was one of his family or friends! Jim Hudson Cadillac has always provided me great service. However, I was told that my 2011 DTS can't be service such as oil changes/tire rotations other than recalls in future due to a change in policy for older vehicles. Where can I go now; I only trusted my DTS with Jim Hudson. Can someone please explain why this change was made although I still give Jim Hudson 5 stars due to great service in the past. Thanks.

He was very clear on the recommendations and even offered a company that we could contact for a loan if we needed assistance with the payment. He was very understanding and patient. I’m not a huge fan of dealing with dealerships on vehicle purchases, however Heather (sales) was amazing to work with. Not only that, but Jade in finance was also very down to earth. My DTS gave up the ghost and the last two vehicles were that model sadly it is no longer in production so I didn’t know exactly what sort of ride I wanted but I did know Caddilac have been the best driving vehicles I’ve owned. Left one of our company vehicles here for an emergency service with a VERY tight timeline recently. Sheena Ellsworth handled the drop off and got us an extremely quick diagnosis (within 2hrs of drop off!). She kept me informed every couple of hours with movement through the process and managed to return our vehicle to us within the ridiculous timeline I gave her that I needed it back.
